The main research interest of the Graubert Laboratory is the genetic basis of myeloid leukemias, including acute myeloid leukemia (AML), myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS), and therapy-related MDS/AML.

The Graubert Laboratory is in the Stem Cell Biology Section, a highly collaborative research group in the Oncology Division of the Department of Internal Medicine at Washington University in St. Louis. The Section is comprised of ten laboratories with shared interests in the molecular basis of hematopoietic malignancies, normal hematopoiesis, and hematopoietic cellular and gene therapies.
